I am trying to add an image to my form, but it is not showing up. Is there an issue with uploading files at the moment?
I noticed that my background image disappeared shortly after I tried to upload my image to the form as well.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

We haven't received any reports regarding an issue with uploading files. I made a test form and I was able to upload an image there successfully.
I also checked your most recent form and it looks like the background image is still there.
Can you please clear your browser cache and try uploading the image again? If the issue still persists, please let us know.

Thanks for the response. The issue seemed to have resolved itself shortly after I posted the question/comment. Not sure what it was, but it works now.
