    Why is my form not showing correctly on the website?

    What am I doing wrong here? Is there something I can do with my form to make it show correctly on the website? Can you please help me?

    Hi,

    Can you please give us more details about your concern? I checked your site (http://20four7va.com/demo-2/) and the form (https://form.jotform.me/633594707714630 embedded on the site and it shows properly. Here how it looks on my end, please see the image below:

    If you mean something else about showing the form properly in your site, do get us back.

    Yes, the fields are all there on the website but they're all aligned at the
    far left. There's little margin.

        margin-left: 30px !important;

    }

    Can you fix this for me please?

    The margin is good now. But the textboxes are not aligned properly.
    Also, can you put the captcha box at the center of the form?

    You can add CSS codes into your form for fixing the text boxes alignment. Here is a CSS code:

    .form-label.form-label-left {

        width : 58px !important;

    }

    Thanks! I had to increase the margin though so that it would be placed at
    the bottom center of the form. And it worked! As usual, you guys are great!
    I'm working on another form at the moment. I'll probably message you guys
    again for help. LOL
