How to embed form on Facebook

i have another question. I would like to upload the questionnaire to 3rd party platform, like my FB page, but nothing happens when i click the button

Hi Larissa,

First of all, we are not able to see the images that you attach on your emails. Please attach your images on this particular thread. See how you can do it here.

I guess you are having troubles with "Add JotForm Tab" button. When you click it, you say, it is not functioning. I tried this on my end but I am not able to replicate the issue. It is working as expected:

Your issue might be caused by a pop-up blocker or an ad blocker. Please check your browser settings and try the button again. I have cleared your form cahces as well. You might want to try another browser if the issue still persists. I hope this helps.
