I've got stuck with setting payment through PayPal after filling necessary information in the field.
The thing is a user select a type of transportation and then fills the necessary data in the form (i.e. the fields are dependent on the selection in the PayPal widget). After the fields are filled, a person is supposed to be redirected to a PayPal payment page while he/she doesn't.
Please, could you advise/repair/help me with resolving this issue?
Any relevant help is strongly appreciated.

As per checking your form, it seems that you do not have a submit button in your form. The "Перейти к оплате трансфера" is actually not a submit button but a Next Page button.
When you click the "Перейти к оплате трансфера" button, it will just go to the next page of your form (does not submit the form) which is currently empty (no fields). That is the reason why when you "Перейти к оплате трансфера" click the button, you are displayed an empty form and it does not redirect to the Paypal page.
To fix the issue, please add a Submit Button field and Hide the Next Button field of your last Page Break field in your form.
