Hello,
I think your issue is related to your credit card and it authorization given from the bank. Could you please contact to the bank that provides the card service?
Also try using another credit card belonging to another bank. As you may know some bank blocks transactions if it is not suitable for their policy.
Please turn back to us after talking to the bank that provides the credit card associated with the issue.
