How to upload my PDF form which I created it on my computer to JotForm?

Hi,

At current, I am looking for a website for a charity event registration which allows us to upload our paper forms and then when a person fills out the registration form, it will then create us a paper form which we can then print. Can you tell me whether your website does this please?

I think our Fillable PDF Form Creator can help you for your request. But the form which you have already created on your computer should be fillable. If your form isn't fillable you can make it fillable by using our "Convert PDF Form" application.

(But please let me time to test this app. I have just sent a test PDF file in order to test it. It may take some time. When I get the result, I will inform you via this topic.)
