Dynamic options for a dropdown from Google Sheet?

I have a Google Sheet that houses a list that I wanted to use as options for a drop-down field on a form. The list changes quite frequently unfortunately and so editing the form properties becomes quite cumbersome. Is there a way of having the options presented to the form submitter dynamically from this Google Sheet? If not Google Sheet, is there another source that can be used?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get values from external database/file and dynamically populate the form fields. You need to manually enter the options in the Form Builder.
