For the past few weeks.. all of our emails keep ending up in the bounce list everyday and everyday I have to check and see if they are there. This has got to stop! I've had no problem with your services or application until December and it's been constant troubleshooting since. I'm not getting notifications on forms and now my account email is in the bounce list. How can they be permanently removed from the list!!!!!

We're really sorry for the inconvenience you have.
As I have checked your account history, your recipient email addresses email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org were in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
I have removed your email addresses from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
