My email notifications are not working properly

    Hi - I have started receiving email notifications as a stream of html which is not readable. I have tried to re-build the notification email but the procedure to complete an email notification doesn't seem to be working properly. I have viewed your tutorial movie about doing this, but the editing window that I see doesn't look anything like the one in the movie.  I have included a screen shot of what I see when trying to complete this form.

    The video is probably not updated. I checked your form and it has no email notification. Please follow this guide to add a new email notification:

    1. Open your form and click the Emails button in the Form Builder.

    2. Click the Create New Email button.

    3. Click the Notification Email

    4. Click the Test Email button to see if your email notification is working. After that, click the Save button.

    Hi - The test email I am receiving is meaningless, looking exactly like the
    screenshot you have supplied with {} parameters shown on it. Do I assume
    that to test out the actual received message, I will need to make a test
    purchase?

    Hello Frances,

    You don't have to do a test purchase. Please try manually fill up the form and click the Submit button. After that, stop at PayPal checkout page and go back to the My Forms page. You can complete the "Incomplete Payment Submissions" in the Submission page. Here's how:

    1. In the My Forms page, select the form and click the Submissions button.

    2. In the Submissions page, click the Incomplete Payments and then select the Submission. After that, click the Complete Submission. Wait for a few minutes and then check your mail.
