Next button not working consistently

    Hello,

    The next button on page 1 of my form is not working for every person with the link. I am able to use it, however, three people have recently told me they can't. It is not embedded and there are no conditions. please advise.

    Will you be able to identify if there is a specific settings (browser, device, or network location) similar that the 3 person who reported the issue have? Perhaps we will be able to identify the cause if we can know more details.
