I do not wish to have a subscription with your company. Please do not charge me in any way shape or form for a subscription.

I checked your account, Charisse. It is under the Free account. You won't be charge under the Free account unless you upgrade your account. Keep in mind the monthly limit for Free user plan.
Once you reach the limit, your form will be disabled. You need to wait for the monthly limit reset which happens every first day of the month.
