I received a notice yesterday stating that I needed to upgrade my account. I did so immediately. I upgraded to 10,000 submission per month.
Today I received the same email. Did my account upgrade work. Do I need to do anything else at this point to continue to use this form?

I checked your account and everything looks good. It is currently showing as Silver and well within its current limits. The automated message may have been triggered prior to the upgrade and sent regardless of being under the limits at the time it was sent. You will not have have trouble with your form limits.
