I am supposed to be receiving confirmation emails every time someone completes my form but I have been told multiple times that the email my account is linked to keeps getting placed on the JotForm spam email list, or something similar, so they are not sent, even though I have selected at least twice to remove my email from that list and send emails as usual. Is there any way to make this choice permanent so I can receive the confirmation emails as I'm supposed to?

When emails are rejected as spam or an address in unavailable for a period of time, the address is placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails. Rejected emails raise our overall spam score and can result in all of our email being filtered.
If your address continually is placed on the bounce list, you can send your notification emails from your own address via SMTP:
This will take our services out of the equation and emails sent from them same domain they are being received by generally have less issues with filtering.
