not all my notification emails are coming through ? when i do them myself to test the form the emails are not come through to notifie me

We apologize for inconvenience caused. Please can you change your form notification's sender name and email address to "JotForm" and "email@example.com", respectively.
Please also can contact your service provider and ask them to add the following ip addresses shown on the link to their whitelist
