I need to cancel subscription

    Dearest Jotform,

    I need to cancel subscription effective immediately because we are no longer using it.  Please email me confirmation when subscription has been canceled.

    I've canceled the subscription. You will no longer be billed and your account will be automatically set back to the free plan on February 8, 2017. Thank you for being with us for a few years :)
