I am a paying jotform customer (and advocate!) and I've been rexceiving some blank forms lately.
I don't even know how this is possible.
What's the deal?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Can you check your spam / junk folder. You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.
