     Good afternoon.

    Our IP(82.193.66.33) is blocked. For some reason it's blocked? You can unlock it?

    Hi Nikolaj

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I have now unsuspended your account (related to this IP address) and white listed your forms, so you can now login normally.
    Your account was autosuspended by our system due to some of your forms contains field that is possible for phishing. Upon further checking, we found nothing offensive about your forms, so we have lifted the suspension imposed on your JotForm account. Your forms should now be back online and work normally as expected.

    This happened to my partner's account yesterday and nothing was found. Now it's happened again with no new forms!

    Hi,

    your account was suspended by our form phishing detection, after checking your form I couldn't find any real suspicious form. I proceeded to re-activate your account, apologise for the inconvenients that may this caused to you.

    This is two days running with the same forms that this account has been suspended, so clearly something must be attracting the attention of your detector.

    We hope it's plain sailing from now on.
