How to keep Paypal section from turning dark upon a selection.

My Paypal area works great, but with mouse over or selection of one option, the rest of the option turn dark and disappear into the background.  Can you advise where I can set the change upon selection perimeters?

You can resolve this issue by disabling Highlight Effect inside of your form Preferences. 

Inside of form Preferences select Advance tab and click on Show More button. 

Then scroll to the bottom of the page, set Highlight Effect to Disabled and save changes.
