    You currently have 2 Incomplete Payments under your form. Here's a guide on How-to-view-incomplete-payments.

    This happens when the user closes the browser or did not complete the payment after being redirected to the PayPal checkout page. Please take note that completing the this will not process any payment.

    This is the reason why you are not getting any email notifications. The email notification will only be triggered once you complete the incomplete payments.
