    Hi, Please can you try using different Form styles; like in Themes use 'nova theme' and also try changing the Font 'Colour' and 'Background'.

    For more details, please check this link; http://www.jotform.com/help/133-How-to-Rename-a-Web-Form-Title

    Lets know if this works out!

    Tried a couple of different styles and added a word to the title but the form still displays as the 2nd version above. Not sure if it's the drop-shadow that's causing the issue?

    I was able to reproduce the said issue and still trying to find a way out. Please try using a different theme as my colleague suggested above. But first you need to clear your browser's cache. You can also change the header color by injecting the CSS code below:

    .form-header {
    color:white;
    }

    Meanwhile, i will try to find the reason.
