Why is our JotForm page constantly glitching?

Hello there, 

We are a roofing company and have been using JotForm to manage our website contact form leads. 

Can someone please look into our account? We are receiving a large volume of contact forms and we are often unable to view them due to the site crashing and freezing.

I have viewed almost 30 thousand submissions a while ago and I don't find any issues with the page. Did you get an error? Something like the page is not responding or a script has stopped working? You only have 600+ submissions and this shouldn't be a problem.

Did you also try viewing the submissions page using your other browser? If not, please give it a try.

Lastly, would you mind letting us know the other issues that you've encountered? We'll be happy to help you resolve the issues.
