How to restore a deleted form?

    we have deleted RAPPORT DE TRAVAIL AV-TECH by mistake,

     

    Can we have a back up of this please ?

    Hi, thank you for contacting us.

    Please don't worry, as when you delete a form, it's not permanently deleted, it gets first moved to the "Trash" where you can either restore it or remove it permanently.
