I can clone a form and edit it. But for forms already there, I click Edit Form and the next screen is blank. I tried multiple forms and this is happening on all of them. This link comes up when I click Edit Form: https://www.jotform.com/v4/70085877977981

I tried the link you provided above and the page is loading fine on my end. Please see below.
What browser are you using? For best experience using JotForm Builder, we suggest you use either Chrome or Firefox browser.
If problem persists, I suggest you switch back to Version 3 of Form Builder. Please see below.

I am using Internet Explorer 11. I prefer the way it looks on this browser as opposed to Chrome, esp when editing a form. I did change back to Form Builder Version 3; I did not realize that somehow my forms were switched to Version 4 Beta. Thank you for the information; it solved my problem.

I am glad to know that your issue has been resolved. We do recommend Chrome or Firefox, but I understand that you prefer using IE. You can remain using IE11 for editing your forms. I tried editing a form using V4 builder on IE, and it looks like I am able to open them successfully. Feel free to switch between any version of the form builder as you prefer.
