We have square processor and have integrated it into the form, but no payments have shown on the square accounts. We've used two separate accounts (we have a separate account for mail orders, square is aware of the other account) thinking that we may not have logged in correctly. I see the transaction number, is this squares number or a number Jotform added? ThanksPage URL:

Your Square payment field is in Test Mode. This is why it is not recording payments since all transactions are running in test mode.
Change it to Live so it will record or send the payments in your Square account.
The transaction ID isn't JotForm generated, it is the payment Transaction ID taken from the payment gateway during the process. I think you are unable to see them in your Stripe dashboard because they are tests payments.
