I currently have 4 forms (out of 10) that have been submitted to be where I asked for information on their country's delegation, Athletes name, jersey number, t-shirt size, food restrictions, etc and when I download it, it gives me the information in for each team in a ROW in about 100 columns....
I need all the information to download into the columns by question, such as
A column of ALL the Athletes, Jersey #, T-shirt size, food restrictions, etc. instead of one row with ALL the information....I need to be able to sort and tally how many t-shirts I have, how many vegetarians, etc, right now this is useless to me...and proving frustrating and time consuming. I know there must be an easy way, but I can't find it, nor find a filter button like what is show, if that is even how I do it.
Please help. I set my form up at athlete #1, athlete #2, athlete #3, athlete #4, was that my first mistake? This is what I need my excel form to look like, not all of the information that is below in one row.
Athletes T-shirt Size Jersey # Food Restrictions
Natalie M 17 none
John S 24 Veg
Mark S L 2 non
Gary M L 4 Gluten Free
and so on

I think it is better if you use widget that allow multiple entries instead of using the same fields repeatedly similar to what you did on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/63107216651146
You can use the Configurable List widget instead to be able to have a table with column data result on the submission data of the form.
Check the widget here https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list
Here is the user guide on how to as well.

Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
