I cloned a form in which people have to sign & it's supposed to notify me when they fill it out but it's not. Instead its notifying the person whose form I cloned. How can I fix this?

I have checked your form and found that you have incorrectly set up your email notification, it is currently showing like this:
When you clone a form from another account then the emails should be replaced with the email you have set up in your account, if you want to change the recipient email address, please check this guide: How-to-Properly-Add-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address
