I am not getting a prompt to save the file when i ask to download all files?

It seems you are using firefox browser. Is that correct? Please note that when you try to download the files, it will show you a box asking you to save or open the file. Please check the screenshot below:
Do you mean to say that you do not see this window when you try to download the file? Please note that these are browser features.

That is correct we get a prompt when we export to csv, excel and pdf but not for download all files. I have tried in different browsers such as Microsoft edge and internet explorer. Internet explorer has no pop up and Microsoft edge downloads a java script file in which i cannot download

When you mean you do not get a prompt when you download all files but you get a prompt when you export to csv, excel and pdf, is this the steps you took?
If yes, please wait to receive an email that the export is ready for download. I believe you are seeing this prompt when you click the Download All Uploads.
If issue still persists, please let us know.
