    Not receiving e-mails

    Some people are not receiving e-mails when the form has been filled out. 

    sharon@printingspecialists.com, mail@printingspecialists.com for sure.

    Can I have it checked again. They have been getting blocked by jot form.

    What can I do to prevent this from happening?

    From the email addresses you provided only m**l@p*****************s.com is in our bounce list, and here is the reason: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 Rejected by spam filter

    What I would suggest you is to follow this guide so you avoid bouncing related issues: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    Another option is to set up your custom sender email address using the SMTP method, this way you will avoid emails being blocked because security filters, you will also have more control over how the emails are sent.
