Responding to the new thread. I'm sending out contracts and really need to know where you are in getting the issue resolved. Client is having to forward the contract to me from their email.

I checked your email settings. You are using these email addresses (email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org). Both email addresses are not in the bounce list. I checked email logs and they are receiving emails successfully. Could you please check your spam folders, if JotForm emails are there, could you please mark them as not spam.
I sent a test submission to your form and the email logs shows that the email is sent, Please add email@example.com to your address book on your gmail account:
