How do re-enable my form?

I diabled it so no one else could use it and now I need 1 more person to submitthe form.

Please go to "My Forms" section and click the more button to enable your form again. 

If the form title is gray, you can understand that the form is not active. Also, we have a user guide which is related to this topic.
