How can a make a form that can have multiple entries

    I am trying to create a form where people can enter multiple dogs in events on the one form.

    For example when entering and owning multiple dogs and you enter them in the one competition you can say select that you have 2 dogs and using the next button there is a form for dog 1 and dog2 or is you have 3 dogs you click on 3 and then you have 3 forms to fill in using the next button.

     

    Any ideas as to how I could do this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Yes, you can do this with Show/Hide field conditions. I have created a test form for you. On my form I ask my users to choose the number of dogs they have at the beginning. If they choose 1 I only let them fill the areas that is related with dog 1:

    If the choice is 2 a similar fields group is added on the form conditionally and users need to fill both of them:

    If the user has 3 dogs another fields group is added and this goes on like this. Please see how I manage this with conditions:
