All of my forms were disabled / Additional Subscription Plan

    My forms for my account were disabled (escapecruises)

     

    I don't think it is fair that because my ssl forms went over that all of my forms, including non-ssl, were disabled.

     

    I would gladly pay for your service and upgrade my account, but you jump from FREE to $10 a month. Why not offer a $5.00 a month plan with half of the submissions that the $9.95 plan offers ? I'm sure you would get more people who would make the jump to the paid plan.

    I don't need the volume of the $9.95 plan, but need more than the free obviously...

    I would be the first to sign up if you offered a $5 plan.

    Thank you for providing your feedback.

    We will consider adding more plans, however, this is not something that we can solve right now.

    I would like to inform you that we do provide heavy discounts with our yearly and bi-yearly subscriptions. You can get the 5.80 USD/monthly price if you sign up for a two years Premium subscription.

    Note that we charge full the price at once for yearly and bi-yearly subscriptions.

    I have reset your SSL submissions and re-activated your account, but we will not be able to do it again.

    Wow; i didn't expect a reply on a holiday. You guys rock.

    As far as the pre-pay, That's actually a really good deal. I'll look into it for sure. A smaller plan would much better suit my needs though, however... the prepay is a nice option.

    I'll keep an eye out for new plans in the future possibly.
