    Hi,

    What to do to make this work?
    What changes should - be put in places and can be you?

    ------------------

    Technical support from the developer of the program that I use for the realization of the Web site indicates to me that the problem is with jquery.
    You use the 1.6.4 version while my program for the internet site is already using version 1.7

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We use jQuery for Feedback & Lightbox embedding options. You may try replacing your code from:

    <script src="//jotformeu.com/min/g=feedback2" type="text/javascript">
    new JotformFeedback({
    formId : "20884993232360",
    buttonText : "Commander !",
    base : "http://jotformeu.com/",
    background : "#0051AE",
    fontColor : "#FFFFFF",
    buttonSide : "bottom",
    buttonAlign : "center",
    type : 2,
    width : 570,
    height : 580
    });
    </script>

    to

    <script src="//jotformeu.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">
    new JotformFeedback({
    formId : "20884993232360",
    buttonText : "Commander !",
    base : "http://jotformeu.com/",
    background : "#0051AE",
    fontColor : "#FFFFFF",
    buttonSide : "bottom",
    buttonAlign : "center",
    type : 2,
    width : 570,
    height : 580
    });
    </script>

    http://jotformeu.com/min/g=feedback this script is based on Prototype library, and http://jotformeu.com/min/g=feedback2 is based on jQuery library.

    However, we can not guarantee that your code will not conflict with the Prototype based lightbox.

    I have created a ticket and forwarded it to our Development Team to see if we can update jQuery version.

    We will update this thread once we get any additional information for you.

    Hi Mike,

    Can you tell me when is you think that your developer team will perform the update of Jquery because during this expectation I cannot put my site on the main domain (www.webcreation73.fr) knowing that it does not give a good image of my level of its ergonomics site.

    Thank you in advance.
    Nice day

    That won't help to fix the problem. That's why Serkan suggested in the other thread that you send a link to that thread to your CMS's support team. That way, they can read the discussion and get a good handle on what the issues are.
