When I delete my forms and recreate them, will they have the same link?

Yes I just created a duplicate form from the original just wanted to make
sure I received a different link # for each new form created... Its free
for the 1st 5 correct? Which will have 5 different links now my question is
when I delete those 5 and redo 5 more will it have different link #'s...

Yes, you can have 5 forms under the Free plan.

Yes, the forms will have different direct links. Each form has a form ID and the ID is part of the direct link. Here's an example:
