We appreciate you informing us about this billing issue with being charged for bronze yearly.
I've taken a look at this problem for you and found that you subscribed to bronze yearly back on 1/5 of 2016 (last year). So this subscription plan then rebilled you again 5 days ago on 1/5/2017 because it was never cancelled.
Additionally, our system is not programmed to charge you unless you or someone with your account information entered in payment information to begin the subscription.
If you'd like to cancel this we can gladly reverse the one from 5 days ago as it is within the terms of our 30-day money back guarantee policy.
I also noticed you are a sub-account user of another account for "Akmrsliza" so maybe it was intended for that account perhaps though I see that one is a free account.
