My account is not found

    We have had an account set up under HR@jcgllc.com and are actively using it on our website.  We are not getting responses and now are unable to login to the website.  Can you tell me what happened to our account?

     

    One of our URL's is "http://form.jotform.us/jsform/41053874187156"

    I cannot find any account related to the email address HR@jcgllc.com. But I was able to find an account related to the form ID you provided and the email address in use ends on "p**m.com", the account username is "Jcghrdept" and I would suggest you to make sure you're using this username to log in and you have also access to that account so you can reset your password if needed. 

    Regarding to not receiving emails, I have checked the address associated to the form you shared and found it is not in our bounce list which means that emails are being sent from our servers.
