    You can create a sub-user account wherein you can provide permission to view the submission or edit the forms. The problem with this is the sub-user will be able to view the whole submission.

    A workaround is to create a Grid Listing Report or HTML Table Listing Report. You can filter the data or field that will appear in the report. In this example, only the File Upload field is checked.

    After completing the report, a link will be provided. You can now share the report link to anyone.

    This solution seems great, sadly it doesn't work. It only works when i'm logged in (file uploads are password protected), hence when I share the link the uploads are still not visible.

    I can replicate the issue on my side. The reports doesn't show the data when I connect from US servers:

    I found that the issue is about our EU servers. The reports are working on US servers:

    In this case you can see the grid report or HTML table report by setting the URL to eu:

    Ex: This the report with the url: https://www.jotform.com/grid/70102782509048

    Set the URL to :https://eu.jotform.com/grid/70102782509048

    The reason behind this issue is that you can't see EU data from US and vice versa. Hence you can see the data by changing the URL of the form to EU since you are connecting from Europe.
