How do I send a form to a new employee form a folder of forms?

    If you wish to transfer your form to another account, you can send us a request so we can do that for you. 

    1. Make sure the owner of the form is the one logged in when making a request.

    2. Indicate the form or forms that need to be transferred.

    3. Specifically, mention to which account the forms should be transferred to.
