Form has several errors from all browsers

My forms take a while to load and don`t work in every browser or old vertion browsers. How can I fix this?

I checked your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. I tested this using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The widgets are loading properly. Here's a screen capture:

If this form is embedded on a website? If yes, then please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
