hidden field not showing up in body of email, but in PDF attachment

Asked by Butler2016jform on January 10, 2017 at 03:16 PM

I need the #case:valetapplication text to show in the body of the emailed form so my filters through Gmail will route it to the proper group distribution list.

It shows up in the attachment, but not in the body.

I've tried moving where the hidden text field is located to higher up on the page (all the way to page one in one test) and it still didn't work.

I've included a screen shot of it coming through with the attachment having the info if that helps.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the field is displaying normally in the PDF received when tested.

Did you make any changes to the PDF design? If so, you may try resetting the PDF design from the PDF report customization.

If you want the hidden fields to be displayed in the email, you may set the option Hide empty fields to No in the Advanced section of the notification.

    Hope this information helps!
