How do I access my template to re-use & re-submit the form on a bi-weekly basis?

    I've clicked my forms, create, and then use template, but it comes up with thousands of templates that are not mine and are not applicable.  I've also typed the exact title of my custom template into the search bar and still get thousands of other templates.

     

    I just need to re-use the same template, Lesson Plan Template GISD English 2, over and over.  I need to be able to pull it up, fill in the blanks and submit.

     

    So, how can I make this happen?

    You can actually clone your existing forms. I think this is so much easier compared to browsing from templates.

    You can also clone forms from a URL http://www.jotform.com/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page

    However, if you want to view all the forms you shared in the form templates page, you can use this URL.

    https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/user/username

    Just replace the username with your username or the username you want to view its templates.

    I still cannot input anything into the blanks. I click on the blank, the cursor blinks, I start typing and nothing!!!!! I’ve cloned it. I’ve imported it from current forms, clicked edit. Nothing I choose will allow me to input. I’ve used exployer and Google Chrome to NO AVAIL. I have spent numerous frustrating hours to figure this out. I am not stupid. What the heck is the problem???? My co-worker, who discovered your service, cannot figure it out, either. There is no way I would ever pay for this considering all the problems I’m having. I want to use it because the ONE time I got it to work, it was fabulous. Please give me a customer service phone number, so we can figure this out together.
