My AMEX was charged without my permission. Please refund and cancel my unapproved subscription.

    Can you please confirm first that your JotForm account/username is Flickprof 

    I suggest you login to the account also at https://www.jotform.com/login

    And respond to this thread using this link https://www.jotform.com/answers/1031123

    We need to identify first the correct account before we can take the necessary action.

    I checked your account (Flickprof) and I noticed that it is currently holding a Bronze Plan Yearly Special. As per request, we will cancel your subscription and  you will be downgraded back to Free Plan. We will issue a refund, please wait 5  to 7 days to reflect to your account.
