    I am not sure, if I understand you correctly, but to make the form mobile friendly please follow the instructions provided at https://www.jotform.com/help/322-How-to-make-mobile-friendly-forms-on-JotForm

    To access the URL of the form edit your form into our form builder. Then, click the Publish button.

    Under Link tab copy the Direct Link to your form
