I want to create a standardized customer survey form that my clients will forward to their external customers. I would like the form to be automatically generate whenever one of my clients registers on my website so that that form is unique to them. They can then send a link to their customers who will fill out the form and my client will receive a summary of the responses. Is this possible?

I'm afraid that's not possible. Only you, as the JotForm account owner, can create forms. You may add someone else as a Subuser so they can edit your existing forms (or view your submissions) but that would also require them to have their own respective JotForm accounts.

From how you described it, you want your clients to have a unique form of their own each time they register on your website. I think JotForm Anywhere might fit your needs.

JotForm Anywhere is a small JavaScript SDK that brings the capabilities of JotForm Form Builder to all web apps. You can embed JotForm Form Builder to your app easily, and your users will be able launch the form builder as a lightbox wizard, create their forms and add them to their web pages.

Just keep in mind that this would require you (or your designer/developer) to have an ample amount of programming knowledge. In case you gave it a try and you're stuck on something, you may reach our API team at api@jotform.com or you can post a question here https://developers.jotform.com/forum
