    My account is suspended

    Hi,

    Please help. My account is suspended suddenly when i preview the form.

    How this happen? Can u tell me why before after u re-active.

    Hello,

    The account named "jpk" is in DORMANT mode, currently. However, as I have checked there is no account related to the email "jpksldnbackup@gmail.com" that you opened this thread.

    So, could you please give us further detailed information related to your account such as account name, account email or a form URL inside the account in order to let us assist better.

    Hello again,

    I have checked and I have seen that your account name is "jpksldnlpbackup2".

    I have seen that your account has been auto-suspended by our automatic phishing detection system because of your form named "KAJI SELIDIK"(form ID:70098385953468).

    You are not allowed to receive any password information as you can see the screenshot below:

     

    This situation has violated our terms of use and your account has been auto-suspended.

     

    I have seen that while I was checking your form, you have changed the field name as "NAME" as the following screenshot:

     

    That's acceptable. I re-activated your account.
