Jotform server problems or a problem with my form/s? Some of my forms are not loading properly

I have been having problems for the last 1 hour one form not viewing properly - I have tested in Chrome and Firefox.  In Firefox it is throwing up an unresponsive script error:

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.

    Script: https://cdn.jotfor.ms/static/prototype.forms.js:269"

In Chrome, the Save option just keeps spinning and preview does not load.

    Please see the following form:

I have looked at a few other previously working forms and having the same problems.

To add, I have also restarted my computer but this has not helped.  I also cleared my cache in Jotform tools.

In Chrome, it looked like it was continually loading with the following script:

    cdn.jotfor.ms/static/prototype.forms.js

Ultimately Chrome popped up a Kill unresponsive pages option - see image:

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form. However Form Builder is stuck because other browser tab that is loading the form is not responding.

This issue is related to conditions that you have set inside of the form. It seems that there is some conflict between conditions that is preventing the form to load properly and finally it crashes the page.

I had to disable each condition to find out which one is causing mentioned issue. Finally when I disabled condition 39. form start working properly.

Please disable mentioned condition to resolve our issue.

Here is my cloned form on which I have disabled mentioned condition: https://www.jotformpro.com/form/70102860530948

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you.  In the end just removing that one condition was not enough - I still had freeze ups after selecting the last radio button (Attending Lunch only).  So I rolled back multiple revisions and optimised the Show/Hide logic. So far so good.

I didn't imagine the sudden conditions conflict would lock up the form.

    Anyway, hopefully good from here.

    Thanks
