    E-mail notifications don't always work

    We have made a form where depending on the chosen university the form has to be send to a different person. And the form always has to be send to 3 people whatever university is chosen. We have noticed that only one person receives the form.

    Could you help us so that we can get our e-mail notifications sorted out?

    I checked the page you included on your post http://innoverendondernemen.be/kandidaatstelling and confirmed this is the form you're currently working on https://www.jotform.com/50072502917348

    You have a handful of Conditions and I've narrowed down all the recipients as follows:








    None of these emails are in our Bounce List and I don't see any recent submissions to that form either. The last submission you got was dated Dec 31, 2016.

    Can you please double check if you're indeed not receiving emails? You may compare it with your Email Logs by viewing your Account's Email History.

    As far as I can tell, you should be receiving emails for as long as the conditions were met.

    As far as I can tell only chrisje.haenen@kuleuven.be receives all the mails. For example the last mail I (sarah.verryt@kuleuven.be) got was the one from Laura Vantornhout of Dec 9, 2016. Chrisje later forwarded me the mail from Pierre Bruyninckx of Dec 30, 2016. I also asked another person if she received the mails and she (innoverendondernemen@ugent.be) told me she had never received any of these mails.

    I've checked your email history and only chrisje.haenen@kuleuven.be has been receiving your form email(s) since December 31, 2016. The others are part of the same notification/conditions and they are not working. 

    I am not yet sure if this is because of the sender email, but I would suggest switching it to noreply@jotform.com instead of the noreply@formresponse.com. Test the form after, then check if that works. We can also do this to our end, just please confirm if it's okay to test the form.
