Hey, it crashed when I was building the form and now I can't get anything on the form to load. Can you correct it please?

I checked your form as published and in the builder. It is working properly.
The reason why you can't open the form may be related to your caches. I cleared your form caches and I think now you can able to continue where you left. Please if the issue persists try cleaning your browser cache. Here is a guide about it. Please do not delete your passwords or other necessary information for yourself during the cache cleaning:
