How can use facebook/twitter to send a form?

My name is David Yearwood

I am associated with South Caribbean Conference and we have some Bible lessons on-line I want to get persons to do these lessons via fb and twitter. I want to use your blue letter envelope form for that purpose. How do I do that?

You may share the direct link to your form by opening the publish wizard, clicking on the "Share Form" button and selecting the social network you want.
