    Hello,

I have inserted an Address Map Locator in my form. When someone open the form, on browser appears a little window where jotform requires authorization to locate the user. If user click yes, all is working as I want. But if user click no or close this window the map don't appears on the widjet and user that insert his own address see a message of error when submit form.

This is a problem, there is a solution?

I want that also users that are not careful with the authorization window  will write their address or localizate their address manually on the map.

    Thank you

Due to the technical way this widget is designed, it can only run if the user authorizes it to run.

In case you would like your users to provide an auto-completing address on your form, and not having to authorize the widget, then I would highly recommend that you try our Autocompleted Address or GeoComplete widgets instead:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

These widgets do not prompt for authorization, and will allow the user to write in their address:

On the other hand, widgets that do require authorization and simply cannot work if users disallows them are Address Map Locator and Geolocation widgets. Users cannot use these widgets if they forbid their web browser from running the widgets.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help. Thank you.
